What to do with me

Apply a small amount of Magnesium Cream to the affected area(s) and massage gently into the skin.

Things we recommend to do and not to do

Use only as directed. Do not apply heat packs over area where Magnesium Cream has been applied. Patch test first. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Do not apply to open wounds or irritated skin or with other topical products. Do not use in children under the age of 12. Wash hands with soap and water after use. Avoid contact with eyes. Magnesium Chloride is an essential mineral, which is found in every cell in the body and is involved in hundreds of enzyme systems. Some of these include protein synthesis and muscle and nerve function. Magnesium is also an essential element for energy production in the body and regulation of muscle contraction. Each 5g contains 120mg of elemental magnesium.

Menthol is obtained from mint oils and when applied topically, it dilates blood vessels, causing a cooling sensation followed by an analgesic effect. Menthol also has antipruritic properties to help relive itching.

Eucalyptus Oil is a natural antibacterial and can provide an analgesic and soothing effect on the skin.
